In 2020, they launched the Diversity and Inclusion Committee to highlight the need for action and accountability towards overcoming systemic racism and discrimination within the design industry. To achieve goals and fulfill the committee's mandate, they formed multiple subcommittees dedicated to addressing each specific objective.

The Association of Registered Graphic Designers (RGD) is a professional association that helps supports and advocates for graphic designers. They play a vital role in the advancement of designers and uphold the highest standards of professional development within the industry.

One of our missions is to help showcase and explore a different perspective when it comes to design that is often overlooked or underappreciated.

We help developed a series that is focused on highlighting non-Western design topics to help introduce designers to a more varied design landscape by creating Culture Shock to hopefully help bridge that gap.
